Hi there- my name is Periwinkle & I am as sweet as can be! I am full grown at ~47 lbs. How did I get here? Transferred from Wayne County Animal Services where I came in as a stray. **I have been diagnosed with heartworm disease and will begin treatment soon - please speak with an adoption specialist for details. You may also notice that I am partially blind but do not worry- it does not stop me from living my best life.**~My adoption fee is $95.00.~
